All transactions — including quality, safety, and transportation — are arranged directly between the donor and recipient. Hurry Up Produce assumes no liability for the condition or safety of donated produce.
5. No Warranty
Produce listings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding quality, freshness, or fitness for consumption.
6. Indemnification
By using this platform, you agree to indemnify and hold Hurry Up Produce harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service.
